At Armstrong Athletic Club, we pride ourselves in bringing you the most personalized classes with the best instructors in our area! Our three, exclusive studios allows the availability to instruct various classes simultaneously. Experience a cycling studio like no other with a fiber-optic star field and music that will spin you into a different world. Our classes are designed to offer you a safe, effective and fun workout.

Group Exercise does not discriminate by age or fitness level. By using heart rate monitors, each participant works out at their designated intensity to best maximize their benefits based on their goals. The goal of each class is simply to bring together groups of people, who are interested in learning, to have fun and improve their well-being. We offer a variety of classes ranging including yoga, dance, cycling, tai chi, and Pilates. We encourage everyone to try a group exercise class because its a fun way to exercise!
