Here's how it works.
We assign you a fitness coach and together we map out your goals and assess your overall health. We measure your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) to establish a baseline of the minimum calories your body needs in a day with no exercise. At the same time, we measure your AMR (Active Metabolic Rate) that tells us the heart rate at which you burn the most fat. We use these two numbers to calculate your optimal workout heart rate to achieve the best results. Lastly, we give you a monitor to use during all your exercises to ensure you’re always working out at your ideal heart rate. *
